Inside is a magnificent curved American White Oak staircase allowing a curved wall in the separate tv room, plus matching oak flooring throughout on the ground floor. The oak staircase with stainless steel balustrade leads up to a gallery area overlooking the dining and kitchen and the large windows displaying the view outside.

The Master bedroom has sole access to the balcony and also boasts a stand-alone bath in the en-suite. Gas central heating throughout keeps it equally warm in winter. It is clad in Celcrete which is easy to maintain as are the enormous outdoor patios of coloured concrete, grouted to give the appearance of tiles.
