Concept design

We offer a suite of design options for you to consider when engaging us in the design process.

Option 1: We happily work with you and your architect and his vision.

Option 2: We also happily work off prepared plans with no third party attachment.

Option 3: We are able to work with you in the design of your new home. We take into consideration the site shape, dimensions and north facing aspect. Also we ask you to supply us with visual information of what you have envisaged for your new home. The more detail and information you supply the easier it is for us to achieve the perfect plan reflecting your dream.

We then produce a preliminary / concept plan, followed by a process of toing and froing until you are totally happy with the plans. We can then arrange for a full set of consent plans to be drawn up and organize the consents with local council if required.

Interior Option – additional service: Jane is able to provide an interior design service to clients who are having homes built by Bella Casa. Her experience comes from working with numerous clients over two decades and in many different styles of homes in various price points.
